Fox Valley Hearing Center began back in 1988 as Oshkosh Hearing Center on Washington Ave in downtown Oshkosh. Originally owned by Dr. Juliette Sterkens and Doreen Jensen, the first transition began in the early 1990’s when the office moved to Mercy Medical Center. We then expanded to a new office in Neenah and changed from Oshkosh Hearing Center to Fox Valley Hearing Center. In 1998, the Oshkosh office moved to our current location at 1820 West Pointe Dr. We plan to be here for a long time. Our office provides easy access and a comfortable place for us to continue to provide excellent Hearing Care for Life! We take pride in the fact that we still have some patients who have been with us since the beginning. We love the old as well as the new patients we see each day!
February 2010, Fox Valley Hearing Center had another major change when Doreen sold her half of the business to Dr. Candy McGinnis. This began a season of changes for us. Doreen has since retired and Dr. Juliette Sterkens is traveling the country promoting Hearing Loops through a grant from the Hearing Loss Association of America. Now, Dr. Candy McGinnis is the sole owner. Even with a “changing of the guards,” we stand tall that our quality of care has not changed over the past 25 years.
