I completed both my undergraduate and graduate work in audiology at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, finishing in 1993. Fresh out of school, I worked with a neurotologist in the Milwaukee area, seeing some of the most interesting surgical and nonsurgical hearing cases that were referred to us from around the state.

I knew since I was young, I wanted to be in healthcare. Throughout college I spent time shadowing different professions in healthcare and working as a CNA. Using science and interpersonal communication to serve others has been very fulfilling for me.
